About the Clarity Call
The Clarity Call is a brief consultation, not a therapy session, diagnostic evaluation, or emergency service. Scheduling a Clarity Call does not create a counselor-client relationship. It is an opportunity to discuss general questions, possible fit, and potential next steps.
Availability
Current appointment availability varies. Prospective clients may review available consultation times through the ClientSecure portal. Scheduling is subject to availability, clinical fit, and completion of required intake information.
Telehealth and Alabama Location Requirements
All sessions take place by telehealth. Clients must be physically located in Alabama during each session, subject to applicable law, clinical appropriateness, availability, and safety. There is no in-person office option at this time.
Clients must accurately identify their physical location at each session. Services to individuals located outside Alabama are not provided unless separately confirmed as legally authorized.
