ToggleContact Shepherding Hope
Contact Shepherding Hope when you are considering counseling in Huntsville or elsewhere in Alabama and want a clear, steady first step. Shepherding Hope LLC provides relationship-centered outpatient counseling for adolescents and adults through a 100% telehealth practice. The first conversation helps you ask questions, describe the support you are considering, and learn whether outpatient counseling may be an appropriate fit.
Reaching out does not require you to have everything figured out. You may be seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, addiction-related concerns, relationship strain, or a major life transition. A brief conversation can help clarify what you are looking for and whether the practice’s outpatient services, scope, and current availability align with your needs.

Contact Shepherding Hope: Begin With a 15-Minute Clarity Call
The 15-Minute Clarity Call is a brief conversation about your questions, goals, possible fit, and next steps. It is an opportunity to understand how the practice works before deciding whether to schedule an initial counseling session. The call is intended to provide clarity, not pressure. It does not guarantee that services will be appropriate, available, or scheduled.
The Clarity Call is not therapy, a diagnostic evaluation, or an emergency service. Scheduling a Clarity Call does not create a counselor-client relationship. Clinical fit, scope of practice, safety, availability, and applicable law are considered before services begin.

Scheduling and intake are handled through the secure client portal.
Telehealth, Alabama Location, and Contact Details
Shepherding Hope is a 100% telehealth outpatient counseling practice. Clients must be physically located in Alabama at the time of each session and must accurately identify their physical location at each session. There is no in-person office appointment option at this time. Availability and clinical fit are considered individually.
Telehealth allows sessions to take place without travel to an office, but clients should plan to attend from a private and appropriate setting. A stable internet connection, a device capable of supporting the session, and a location where you can speak privately may help support a productive appointment. Specific scheduling and intake steps are handled through the client portal.

Before You Send a Message
Please do not include diagnoses, detailed symptoms, medication information, medical records, crisis information, or other sensitive health information in a website contact form or ordinary email. Keep general messages brief. Use the secure client portal for scheduling and intake information. No electronic communication system can guarantee absolute security, and the website, contact form, and email are not continuously monitored.
What Happens After You Reach Out?
After you contact the practice or request a Clarity Call, the next step depends on your questions, needs, clinical scope, availability, and location at the time of service. If outpatient counseling appears to be an appropriate fit, the secure client portal may be used for scheduling and intake. If another level of care or a different type of support appears more appropriate, you may be encouraged to consider additional resources.
The goal of this process is to make the next step understandable. You can ask about the counseling process, telehealth expectations, the types of concerns addressed, and what beginning services may involve. You do not need to provide detailed personal health information through a general contact form or ordinary email in order to request a Clarity Call.
Crisis and Emergency Notice
This website, contact form, and Clarity Call are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For mental-health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988. Do not use this website or scheduling system for urgent crisis assistance.
Shepherding Hope frequently works with people who want to understand their options before scheduling care. If you searched for “therapy Huntsville AL,” this page explains the first step.
